Henry Teich is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation, who has for over 40 years successfully represented workers with serious work injuries.
He is one of the founding partners of Grimes Teich Anderson LLP, a North Carolina and South Carolina Injury and Disability Firm with 8 offices in the two states. His goal is to make sure that his clients get the best medical treatment available under the circumstances and to protect them from insurance companies which may use oppressive tactics to limit or deny benefits that the injured worker is entitled to under the law.
He is included in the U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers list for Best Lawyers in America® for Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants, the list for North Carolina Super Lawyers® and is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Only attorneys who have had a case or settlement for one million dollars or more may become a member.
Hank is a member of the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and has received the Order of Service from the NCAJ which presents the award to members for generous contributions of service in the NCAJ’s mission of protecting people’s rights.
In 1987 he was appointed Public Guardian in Buncombe County and until his retirement from that position in 2007, he managed the finances of mentally disabled veterans and incompetent adults in Buncombe County and across North Carolina.
