Moses Kim is a medical malpractice and personal injury attorney and the Founding Partner of The Moses Firm. He represents people who have been seriously and catastrophically injured and the families of loved ones who have been needlessly killed in medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases.
Moses has always been committed to excellence in his representation of his clients and, as a result, has been recognized by Georgia Trend Magazine as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite and by Super Lawyers Magazine and has earned a “Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell and a “10/10” Avvo rating.
Before representing plaintiffs, Moses spent many years defending companies, doctors, hospitals, and business owners in a variety of complex, high-stakes matters. This unique experience on the “inside” gave him the opportunity to learn how to maximize recoveries for his clients.
Moses graduated from Emory University where he majored in Political Science and served as the President of the Student Government Association. He then attended and graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill where he served as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court team. He received various honors in law school, including being inducted into the Order of the Barristers. As an attorney, he has been recognized for his service to the community in Atlanta as an Outstanding Atlanta honoree and a LEAD Atlanta graduate.
