Jeremy Flachs is the owner and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Jeremy Flachs. Jeremy is a 1975 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 1978 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law. He restricts his cases to plaintiff’s personal injury. The firm accepts cases in Northern Virginia (licensed since 1979) and the District of Columbia (licensed since 1980). Jeremy Flachs has litigated cases involving truck, bus and car crashes, pedestrian injuries, premises liability cases, falls on public sidewalks and other slip and fall injuries, bicycle crashes, ski accidents, police brutality/excessive force, product liability, brain injury and wrongful death.
Jeremy Flachs has litigated cases in Circuit Courts throughout Virginia, in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and in federal court in the Eastern District of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Jeremy Flachs has also acted as lead counsel on appeals to the Virginia Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
Settlements in 2019 and 2020 include vehicle crashes involving brain injury ($400,000.00 and $700,000.00) and wrongful death of a college student ($1,850,000.00). Each case was litigated prior to reaching the settlement.
