I grew up on a produce farm in Washington where I learned the value of hard work, developed grit, and perseverance. After raising two children, owning a retail business, and working as a paralegal for many years, I received my B.A. in Criminal Justice at Chapman University. I then attended Seattle University School of Law where I participated in and won alternative dispute resolution competitions, and held the position of Vice President of In-house Competitions on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. During law school I attended an international family law class in Spain, and successfully clerked with the Attorney General’s Office in its Torts Division.
I am honored to now practice Injury Law at Sherrard McGonagle Tizzano & Lind on Bainbridge Island. (We also have a Poulsbo office that handles business transactions and estate planning.) Importantly, I am passionate about representing vulnerable people who need someone who will listen and someone who will fight for them. My work includes representation in auto crashes, dangerous premises, product liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice (including negligent cosmetic procedures).
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, gardening, and playing with my dog, Tasso.
