For the past 42 years I have been a trial attorney. I have tried over 150 cases before a judge and jury and which have resulted in Jury Verdicts. I have won medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, consumer fraud, automobile negligence, commercial law and employment law cases. In addition, I have tried and handled criminal cases successfully. The vast majority of these cases have been on behalf of plaintiffs. I have also been appointed to several Supreme Court of New Jersey Committees. I have handled and argued numerous appellate cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division, New Jersey Supreme Court and the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
In my spare time, I am an avid cyclist and for the past ten years have ridden the Pan Mass Challenge, a two day ride in Massachusetts to raise money for Cancer. To date the PMC has raised over $600 million dollars for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
My goal in the law is to help those that have been harmed or injured in any way. My biggest satisfaction in the law is simply getting something done for my client that he could not have achieved on his own. My own ego takes a back seat to the wishes and goals of my client. That is what, in my mind, has made for a successful legal career.
