Jeremy K. O’Steen has a passion for community safety. Jeremy seeks to raise the bar on safety standards for all by holding negligent individuals and corporations accountable and pursuing justice for his clients.
Jeremy has spent the entirety of his legal practice serving individuals and families who have been injured by negligent and wrongful actions of others.
When Jeremy first began his legal career in Pennsylvania, he served as an extern for the United States Magistrate Susan E. Schwab in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and later as an associate pursuing civil rights and just compensation for victims of negligence.
When he moved to the Big Island in Kona in 2016, Jeremy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Melvin H. Fujino before joining a litigation firm on Oahu in Honolulu, where he served as a personal injury litigation Partner.
Along with a law degree, Jeremy also holds separate degrees in Religious Studies and Philosophy. When he’s not in the office, you can find Jeremy outdoors with his family and their dog.
