Robert L. Hendrix, III (Rob), is an accomplished trial lawyer based out of Morgan & Morgan’s Atlanta office. In the 16 years that he has dedicated towards fighting workers’ compensation cases, he has recovered over $35 million in benefits for his clients. In addition to Mr. Hendix’s trial accomplishments, he is also an experienced appellate advocate.
As an active member of the legal community at local, state, and national levels, Mr. Hendrix serves on the Executive Board as President Elect of the Workers’ Compensation Claimant’s Lawyers (WCCL) arm of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He has previously held the Chair of the Workplace Injury Section of the American Association for Justice and was on the Amicus Curiae Committee of the Georgia Legal Foundation aimed at addressing appellate issues in workers’ compensation.
Frequently lecturing on workers’ compensation issues, Mr. Hendrix has presented at nearly every major legal conference involving workers’ compensation law. He has also authored journal articles for the State Bar of Georgia and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Hendrix has appeared as a guest speaker on local radio and as a guest lecturer at Clayton State University and Georgia State University.
Mr. Hendrix holds the distinguished AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a Georgia Rising Star by Super Law for four consecutive years. In 2014, he was the youngest attorney ever to be named a Georgia Super Lawyer. Mr. Hendrix has also been recognized as a Top 100 by The National Trial Lawyers, a Top 40 Under 40 by the American Society of Legal Advocates, one of the Best Attorneys in America by Rue Ratings, and as a Top Lawyer by the Global Directory of Who’s Who. He has also been honored as a Premier 100 by the American Academy of Trial Lawyers.
