After spending the first part of my career working for a prominent Portland defense firm, I rededicated my practice to representing individuals and families who have been injured through the negligence of others. My clients benefit from my big firm experience and my small firm attention to them as individuals.

I bring extensive experience in personal injury matters, having represented clients in cases involving car and truck accidents, product defects, medical malpractice, and claims of wrongful death. I am familiar with how insurance defense firms evaluate cases and defend them at trial, which lends invaluable strategy and credibility to my clients’ cases.

I also have significant experience in business law and litigation, representing clients in commercial lease negotiations, foreclosure defense, and various contract disputes.

I obtained my law degree from the University of Oregon, where I was a member of the school’s appellate moot court team and worked as a clerk-extern in Lane County Circuit Court for Judge Lyle C. Velure.

As a former NCAA Division I soccer player, I learned about dedication and competition at an early age. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in both Political Science and International Studies. I also obtained a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University, a nationally recognized graduate program. Prior to becoming an attorney, I spent five years working as an affordable housing developer, helping low-income families to find stability and safety in well-designed housing throughout Oregon.
